Three ''Gipsy''-class destroyers served with the Royal Navy;〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=''Gypsy'' class at BattleshipsCruisers.co.uk )''Osprey'', ''Fairy'' and ''Gipsy'' were three funnelled C-class destroyers built by Fairfield with Thorneycroft boilers. ''Leven'', ''Falcon'' and ''Ostrich'' are sometime referred to as the ''Falcon'' class but are here listed under the ''Gipsy'' class. These long ships were armed with the standard 12-pounder gun and two torpedo tubes and all served in the First World War in home waters.
